Returns Policy

At Frontrunner Timaru we stand buy our product quality and customer service.

Individual fit is important and we are happy to help you get the correct size or fit before you purchase an item. If a product is the wrong size we can arrange a swap. Read below for more details on returns and exchanges. 

Any exchanges or returns must be done within 30 days of purchase.

Due to the nature of sale items, we do not offer refunds on sale item purchases. 

Any in-store technical running shoe purchase that the customer has been put through the Frontrunner Treadfit analysis process by a staff member comes with a 30 day fit guarantee. This guarantee does not apply to online purchases. 

A product bought at another Frontrunner store can not be returned to The Frontrunner Timaru Store. Likewise, a product purchased at The Frontrunner Timaru can not be returned to another store for refund/credit. 

Online Purchases

Return the item to the Frontrunner Timaru Store:

The item must be in its original unused condition, complete with its original packaging, instruction manuals etc

If the item is faulty, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered, this process can take up to 14 working days and will be accessed by that brands expert in that field.

All returns for size or product exchange have to be done within 30 days of purchase.

Frontrunner Timaru does not offer full refunds for any unwanted or change of mind purchases.

Frontrunner Timaru does not offer refunds on sale items. 

Return the item via post to the Frontrunner Timaru Store:

If the purchase is a size swap or product exchange the return freight and subsequent product freight is at the customers expense. 

If you have been sent the incorrect product or size incorrect to your purchase form then we will carry the cost of the package being returned to us and the return cost.

In-store Purchases

Return the item to the Frontrunner Timaru Store:

Please take your receipt or bank statement with you as it will serve as proof of purchase

If the item is faulty, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered, this process can take up to 14 working days and will be accessed by that brands expert in that field.
